We want you to enjoy your time at The Tuxon knowing that we’ve got your back. Our team is committed to providing you with a clean and safe environment during your stay. We’ve put in place safety and sanitation measures created with the guidance provided by the CDC and local government. Here are some of the additional steps we are taking
Mobile Check-In / Keyless Entry
You can now skip the front desk by checking in completely from your mobile phone. Once checked in you will receive a mobile key right to your phone. Of course, if you prefer human interaction, you can use our self-check-in kiosk, a great way to get to know our team!
Mobile Concierge
Need anything after check-in? Simply use ALICE, our mobile concierge service, to text the front desk directly to get any additional items you may need. We’re also here to answer any questions or provide recommendations to make the most of your visit.
Masks, Gloves & Sanitation
All of our team members have been trained in safety protocols and understand the importance of wearing masks and gloves as well as proper hand sanitization. Masks are required for all team members. We also have hand sanitizer readily available throughout our hotel — at the front desk, in public spaces, in restrooms, and back of the house.
Guest Rooms
In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols. We are thoroughly cleaning all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. After each deep clean, our team members will sanitize the entire room with our new electrostatic sprayers.
We have also removed the following items to help prevent the spread of germs: ink pens, paper, envelopes, directories, mini bar items, and coffee makers. These items will still all be available upon request.
Food and Beverage
Want a late-night snack in your room or a drink while relaxing by the pool? Use your mobile phone and place your order directly from our digital menus. It’s quick and easy! Our delicious menu will pop up for you to start your order. Once your order is complete, we will bring your food directly to you in sealed boxes, so there is no need for you to move from your comfy spot.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
We understand planning travel during these unprecedented times can be stressful! To ease some of that travel stress, we are offering a flexible, 24-hour cancellation policy on all direct bookings.
